We allow a maximum of two vehicles to be kept on the property for one and two-bedroom apartments and up to three vehicles on property for three-bedroom units.
We ask all residents to park one vehicle in their assigned garage or carport.
Visitors park in open spaces in the parking lot.

Our community welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment. Cats and some other caged animals are allowed. Prior to bringing a pet into your home, you are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 along with a pet rent of $20 per month.
We do not allow dogs as pets.

At Bayberry Pointe, we do not allow smoking inside of any of our buildings. Smoking on decks or patios is allowed as long as it is not disturbing your neighbors.
No grills of any kind are allowed on our property.

Renter's insurance is required to live here at Bayberry Pointe.
You can purchase your renter's insurance policy through any carrier. We recommend using a provider you already work with to get a multi-policy discount.
