We pay for water, sewer and trash. Residents are responsible for their own gas, electric, cable and internet.

You can either call our office during business hours or submit a maintenance request via email at maintnenance@bayberrypointe.com.

We provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service for items requiring immediate attention such as no heat, flooding or lockouts.

Yes! We want you to make Bayberry Pointe your home, you can change the wall color or hang items on the walls with nails or screws. We ask that you not use Command Strips. 

You can pay in-person or online through the RentCafe portal.

Early termination of your lease is possible. If you need to move out before the end of your lease, please contact our office for terms and fees.

Yes! There is a Rapid bus stop - the Laker Line - located directly across the street from the Bayberry Pointe entrance on Lake Michigan Dr. There is a cross walk nearby at Maynard Ave. for safe crossing.
